The Shambhala Sadhana

The Full Moon monthly Shambhala Sadhana practice is a time to gather as a community throughout Shambhala. This practice is open to all members and friends of the Ottawa Shambhala Centre. This is an opportunity for us to meet, practice together, and have conversation around themes of basic goodness and wholesome society. These Shambhala Sadhana gatherings consist of a short talk, practice, discussion, and a simple meal where food is happily shared.  They are held as near as possible to each full moon and hosted by a senior teacher in the community.
