Open House - The Shambhala Path

The Ottawa Shambhala Centre is pleased to offer a short introduction to the path of Shambhala Training.  The evening with consist of a short meditation and talk followed by a question, answer, and socialization time with tea and cookies.  Please drop by to meet David Fowler - a long-time teacher in Ottawa who has been leading classes and workshops since 2006.  Free of charge.
