Getting Here

Public Transit

Westbound: Buses #11 and #16 stop at Wellington and Gilchrist. Walk back eastward on Wellington for 1 block to get to Ross Ave.
Eastbound: Buses #11 and #16 stop at Wellington and Clarendon.  Cross Wellington to Ross Ave.
Tunney’s Pasture station is about a 10-minute walk from the Shambhala Centre.

By Car

From Highway 417: Exit at Parkdale Avenue, head north and turn left at Wellington Street West. Ross Avenue is 8 blocks west of Parkdale.
From Ottawa River Parkway: Exit at Island Park Drive, head south and turn left at Wellington Street West.  Ross Avenue is 4 blocks east of Island Park.
Parking: Free street parking on most streets around the Shambhala Centre, but the time is limited to one hour on Ross and on Wellington. Parking time is longest on Spencer St, one block north of Wellington.
