This weekend retreat features meditation practice, discussion groups, talks, and exercises to assist participants in developing awareness of basic goodness and our habitual responses to the world. Having experienced a taste of basic goodness, we want to go forward. Meditation practice allows us to observe how we create a cocoon of habits to mask our fear. We begin to appreciate that there is no fundamental obstacle to experiencing basic goodness.

Prerequisite: Shambhala Training Level I.

Our Generosity Policy
Offering whatever you are able to offer toward the cost of the program is generosity.
In order to make our programs accessible to everyone, we have a “pay what you can afford” policy. If the program price is an obstacle for you, please decide what works for you and offer whatever you can.
For those who can offer more than the program price, we have a “patron price” of $200.

These weekend retreats are recommended for new and experienced meditators, as well as for those looking to enrich their existing spiritual tradition. Shambhala weekends are structured to offer participants teachings and an in-depth meditation retreat. Attendance is normally required for the Friday night talk and for each session of the program for those seeking to complete all the levels.
