    Give yourself a gift of space! Come to the Centre for two hours of sitting practice of shamatha meditation. We begin the morning with opening chants followed by alternating sitting and walking meditation.

    Meditation instruction is not normally offered on Sunday mornings, so this practice is appropriate for people who have received instruction in meditation practice. We offer thorough introductions in Learn To Meditate sessions on Wednesday evenings
