Maitri Bhavana - Becoming Fearlessly Kind (In-Person)

May 28th (2023)

Date details +

Maitri Bhavana meditation practice cultivates compassion by being willing to take on the sense of suffering of others, acknowledging our deep interconnectedness. A sense of spaciousness is directed to those who are suffering, with the intention of providing relief from the claustrophobia which suffering creates. This is intended for those who are ill as well as for their family and friends.

We invite you to add names of those suffering from mental or physical pain to be included in our regular Maitri Bhavana practice by using the sign-up sheet at the Centre, or going here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ysSU8ch7V48wkLpumwSGfI-n4ZNf_IsIVAvW20Xs87o/edit?usp=sharing

Join us in person - just drop in - on the last Sunday of every month.

    By donation.
