The Full Moon monthly Shambhala Sadhana practice is a time to gather as a community throughout Shambhala. This practice is open to all members and friends of the Ottawa Shambhala Centre.  These will be opportunities for us to meet, practice together, and have conversation around themes of basic goodness and wholesome society. The intention is to foster experiences of basic goodness personally and societally, and to further bind us as a wholesome community. We will also be joining the global community in this monthly practice.

Most of these Shambhala Sadhana gatherings consist of a short talk, practice, discussion, and a simple meal where food is happily shared.  They will be held as near as possible to each full moon; each will be hosted by a senior teacher in the community and facilitated by a Shambhala Council member with a team of people excited to share food and discussion with the community.

Please register for these events and bring a small plate of food. Please avoid foods containing nuts, seeds, including hummus.

A suggested donation of $5 would be appreciated.
