February 18th (2018)

Date details +

An occasion to reflect and rejoice on the health and growth of our community.

"I have composed a sadhana known as the Shambhala Sadhana that helps us, through the powerful practice of meditation, deepen our insight and feeling of basic goodness and enlightened society."
–The Kongma Sakyong, Jampal Trinley Dradül

The Shambhala Sadhana is a practice of connecting to the basic goodness of ourselves, other sentient beings, and of society. Composed by the Kongma Sakyong, this sadhana celebrates and strengthens our understanding of basic goodness and enlightened society. This remarkable practice will also serve as a way to bind the Shambhala community in kinship, vision, loyalty, and delight; we do it on the full moon and also to celebrate the new year

    Everyone is welcome!

The Shambhala Sadhana and Feast on the Sunday Feb.18. from 10:00 am to 12:00pm will replace the Sunday morning sitting.
