Meditation Instruction

Instruction is available to anyone at no charge during Learn to Meditate sessions on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month, 7 to 8:30 pm, and at other times by arrangement. Learn to Meditate is suitable for newcomers to meditation as well as those who have been meditating in other traditions.

An in-depth introduction to meditation in everyday life is available through the Way of Shambhala path of training.

Everyone who has received meditation instruction is welcome to come to group meditation practice sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, and Sunday mornings.
