This is a video program with Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche from Halifax.

We live in complicated times. In the midst of great change and information overload, how should we live? What can we do? Where can we find the strength to face the challenges and confusion in our lives, as well as in the greater world? According to the Shambhala teachings, our own humanity is the answer. Within our bodies, minds, and hearts, there is a genuine simplicity that we can return to and from which we can draw confidence, clarity, and compassion.

Shambhala Meditation is a practice that brings us home to the simplicity and wisdom of our human experience. It is a proclamation of humanity's goodness that helps us learn to work with our lives and embody the courage the world is calling for.

In this weekend program, Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche will share this intimate practice.  Acharyas Eve Rosenthal and Noel McLellan will also host this program.

Group dialogues occuring during this week-end will be facilitated by David Fowler
