PREREQUISITE: SHAMBHALA MEDITATION I

This program is a video presentation of the three-day Shambhala Meditation II Retreat (Boulder, October 13-16) which is the follow-up to Shambhala Meditation I retreat offered in January in Halifax.

Building on the Shambhala Meditation program held last January in Halifax, Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche will offer teachings in a three-day Educators’ Retreat, opening the “Four Dignities: Sixteen Stages” section of the Shambhala Meditation text.

The Sakyong wishes to teach Shambhala Educators at this time, developing a strong group who are engaged in ongoing training. He emphasized that, in order to fully receive the transmission of Shambhala Meditation and deepen our experience, it is important that we be with him in the environment of Shambhala Meditation, so that a kind of personal imprinting can take place.  “This is how we will come to understand and directly experience the culture of Shambhala Meditation.“

Open to Educators only (guides, MIs, SPMIs, teachers)
